Sometimes Mia and I travel far just to eat. You can say that’s have dedicated I have become on my gastronomic journeys. It was a Sunday when we found ourselves here at Holy Carabao. It was apparently closed for the owner, Cindy Webber’s family and we found out only while we were ordering already.
Anyway, she let us sit and join in the fun.
This food establishment is part of the holistic farm where some of their food is sourced. You can actually book a farm trip here too which includes some interaction with some animals. Holy Carabao is into holistic farming, which aims to cultivate organic, biodynamic, all natural farming.
On food, we got a refreshing order of bottled salad, freshly made waffles with mango and whipped cream and a healthy fix of berry smoothie. This is all we had since again, the venue was closed for outsiders that day.
The exact location is at the Farm Shed Cafe, Acacia Waldorf School, Sta. Rosa, Laguna (exit through ETON from SLEX). Go here for an alternative experience from your usual dining.
